The correlation between pH and POH with acid-base strength:

1. The smaller the pH is, the bigger the [H⁺] concentration and the more acid solution will be,
   
2. The bigger the pH is, the smaller the [H⁺] concentration and the more base the solution will be,
   
3. The smaller the pOH is, the bigger the [OH^-] concentration and the more base the solution will be,
   
4. The bigger the pOH is, the smaller the [OH^-] concentration and the more acid the solution will be.
